چکیده
The physical appearance of any area is the outcome geomorphological interactions between endogenic and exogenic processes. Endogenic processes are very slow while quite obviously observable operating at or from above surface area. They may be included like - wind, fluvial, glacio-fluvial, glacier, permafrost, karst etc. sculpture concerned people use same for their own needs. Land seen in two ways natural human induced land. Lower Gandak Plain characterized by flooding monsoon period when torrential rain associated with glacier melt water occupy low lying region. But this huge amount brought numerous tributaries upper Himalayan catchment. Therefore, enormous catchment to drained through Plain. flood plain highly populated anthropogenic activities prominent. So, most areas have sign less as natural. Flooding is, therefore, more due factors. Hence, an attempt has been made here (i) evaluate characteristics, (ii) elaborate forming on basis planforms, (iii) explain various parameters This study expected help systematic integrated plan preparation overall development detail characteristics explained.
